The New Ford Figo Aspire Arrives in Chennai

Chennai, India, May 9, 2015  To give its customers, a first-hand experience of the stylish compact sedan Figo Aspire which is to be introduced later this year,  Ford India has arranged to showcase it in 25 cities as part of a pan- india roadshow. The Figo Aspire will be showcased at Central Atrium, Express Avenue Mall, Chennai between May 9 and May 10 as part of a 10-week long roadshow in 25 cities across India.

The road shows are a part of Ford India’s recently announced experiential consumer campaign – What Drives You – that aims to discover the values and aspirations driving modern India. It will be lead by versatile actor, singer and ace director Farhan Akhtar. One lucky winner will be selected to drive home a brand new Ford Figo Aspire.

The new Figo Aspire 

The new Figo Aspire is a sub-four-meter sedan with premium design, class-leading safety features and advanced technologies. The new Figo Aspire is designed  with an elegant, striking design that sets it apart from competitors. The sophisticated exterior of the Figo Aspire is complemented by a modern interior that delivers an extraordinary experience for a compact car. First-in-class technological features like an innovative device dock which allows the driver to store, mount and charge mobile phones, MP3 players and satellite navigation systems, and to integrate these devices into the car’s entertainment system.

Figo Aspire will also be equipped with SYNC with AppLink, Ford’s advanced in-car connectivity system that allows drivers to control their phone, entertainment and apps hands-free using simple voice command.

The new Figo Aspire also offers a  number of safety features. For the first time in a compact car in India, the Figo Aspire also offers side and curtain airbags for an extra level of protection.

The new Figo Aspire comes  with a choice of two responsive and economical engines. Both the 1.5L TDCi diesel engine and the 1.2L TiVCT petrol engine offer a compelling mix of performance, refinement and fuel efficiency. 

Customers will get another chance to catch the Figo Aspire in Chennai on May 16-17 at Ampa Skywalk, Aminjikarai and June 6-7 at Phoenix Mall, Velachery.
