DATSUN GO+ Compact MPV – Details
The new Datsun Go+ MPV has everything to offer more like more style, more power, more space, more practicality and versatility, more seat configuration variants. The ‘+’ in the name Datsun go+ reflects the extra seat in the third row which can be used for passengers or luggage.
Exterior
It looks stylish and modern and robust look ‘D-cut grille’ on the face, three dimensional headlight assemblies , the curves on the bonnet and running on sides, side window design makes the new MPV to look great it has a wheel base of 2450 mm, length of 3995 mm, height of 1490 mm, and width of 1635 mm. It has 13inch wheels with double spoke full wheel covers it comes with the choice of five shades red, gold, white, silver and bronze grey.
Interior
The Interior has been split in to three distinct zones with soft touch leather feel grain and three contrasting colours. Large speedometer comprises of a digital tachometer, gear shift guide and fuel computers. Uniquely the gear leaver and parking brake handle or mounted in the center console which gives room for the driver or passenger on front seat to move freely on either sides. The ergonomically designed front seats provide added spinal support.
Performance
The Datsun go+ is equipped with 1.2 Lt, 1198cc, 3Cylinder engine which delivers 68PS power and 104NM torque. The engine has good performance along with fuel economy.
The New MPV uses a sophisticated double pivoted lower arm front suspension with the torsion being rear suspension. It has ‘high response’ liner dampers which is used in its luxury brand infinity, reduces the body’s pitch and squat moment over the poor surfaces for ride comfort.
The electric power steering with steering assistance needed to calculate the torque is very helpful while driving in rough terrain.
Features
In the New Datsun go+ other than the electric power steering ventilated disk brakes and leather feel cabin, it has some advanced equipments to enhance driving experience intelligent wiping systems (IWS) varies the wiping intervals depending on the speed of the vehicle and after the wiper is turned off, drop-wipe function makes the blade to wipe the screen once to clear droplets.
It comes with mobile docking station (MDS) that allows to sync the smart phone directly with the car this gives chance for satellite navigation, hands free telephone USB charger, music player and radio through the smart phone. The Follow me home lights can be set for pre determined period of 30sec 1min, 90sec or 2min as per requirements.
